We LOVE OTC, it’s always been such a fun happy place. However, for this review, I would like to give extra special recognition to employee/dental hygienist or assistant Marisol. Marisol is hands down the sweetest, most pleasant, upbeat, smiley, helpful and genuine OTC employee. We LOVED her! So much so, my daughter asked that she PLEASE be paired with her every single time she comes to the dentist. Her cheery disposition just made the whole entire dental experience so much less stressful and painless. Thank you, Marisol. You’re a gem and OTC is lucky to have you.

I absolutely love On The Cusp Pediatric Dentistry, it was easy to make an appointment, I was given a quick appointment and staff is so friendly and just overall great. Dr.Alice Wiley is always so bubbly and sweet and made my daughter feel so comfortable and at ease. We went in to replace a crown that popped out and the replacement was so easy and quick. I’m so thankful for everything they do. 100% recommended.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Roberta, you are a God send. Without you, we would’ve ended up back where we were (we got our sons tie cut at 2 weeks by an ENT who did not give us post op instructions). You are so knowledgeable and I just know that you deserve a raise. Your part in this is what gave us success this time. The woman who did our intake was also very kind, I was very nervous and she was reassuring and very calm. I didn’t catch her name. We had our son’s tongue tie cut by Dr Alice Cooper. It was a long journey to get to this point. After 6 months of all kinds of issues, our baby is FINALLY doing better, all thanks to this practice. AND they were able to get soonercare to pay for it. Thank you guys!!

Their care for little ones goes above and beyond. My soon to be 3 year old had her teeth cleaned recently and they made it such a fun experience for her. So fun in fact, that she keeps asking me if she can go back!

What an experience we had! Taking your child to the dentist is usually a stressful ordeal for both kids and parents, but this visit was different, in all the best ways. I’ve never seen such a remarkable level of care before, and trust me, I’m not exaggerating—I genuinely mean it. My son was in serious pain, and I was in a frantic search on Google Maps, hoping to find a dental office that specialized in treating kids. One clinic, unable to help us directly, recommended this place, and thank goodness they did. From the first phone call to schedule the appointment to the moment we walked out the door after our visit, we were met with nothing but compassion and understanding from every single staff member. The doctor was exceptional with the kids—an absolute gem. I overheard her comforting other children before it was our turn, and when she met with my son, she was just as kind, charismatic, and reassuring. It was clear that this wasn’t just a job for her; it’s a calling. A huge thank you to everyone who works here. You all are doing amazing work, and I wish you nothing but the best. Our experience was beyond what I could have hoped for, and I’m so grateful we found you.
