I absolutely love On The Cusp Pediatric Dentistry, it was easy to make an appointment, I was given a quick appointment and staff is so friendly and just overall great. Dr.Alice Wiley is always so bubbly and sweet and made my daughter feel so comfortable and at ease. We went in to replace a crown that popped out and the replacement was so easy and quick. I’m so thankful for everything they do. 100% recommended.

We are so beyond grateful to have had Dr.Alice and her team treat my daughter who had to have some caps and a tooth extraction. We went to on the cusp after a terrible experience at a different dentist who wanted to put 2 times the amount of caps that were needed on my child. On the cusp made me feel heard about my concerns and agreed she didn’t need that many. I was also really worried about having to put my daughter under anesthesia but the team was amazing, making us all feel very comfortable and talking me through every cavity and every step of the process. Dr.Alice herself is super sweet and knowledgeable we will definitely use on the cusp for all of our kids moving forward. ❤️

Their care for little ones goes above and beyond. My soon to be 3 year old had her teeth cleaned recently and they made it such a fun experience for her. So fun in fact, that she keeps asking me if she can go back!

What an experience we had! Taking your child to the dentist is usually a stressful ordeal for both kids and parents, but this visit was different, in all the best ways. I’ve never seen such a remarkable level of care before, and trust me, I’m not exaggerating—I genuinely mean it. My son was in serious pain, and I was in a frantic search on Google Maps, hoping to find a dental office that specialized in treating kids. One clinic, unable to help us directly, recommended this place, and thank goodness they did. From the first phone call to schedule the appointment to the moment we walked out the door after our visit, we were met with nothing but compassion and understanding from every single staff member. The doctor was exceptional with the kids—an absolute gem. I overheard her comforting other children before it was our turn, and when she met with my son, she was just as kind, charismatic, and reassuring. It was clear that this wasn’t just a job for her; it’s a calling. A huge thank you to everyone who works here. You all are doing amazing work, and I wish you nothing but the best. We took our two year old for her first dentist visit. I was pretty nervous about what to expect, but we were recommended On the Cusp by our pediatrician. All worries were for nothing, it was a great experience. The staff, hygienist, and doctor were all amazing and so patient. They didn’t make us or our daughter do anything outside of our boundaries and focused on making sure our daughter felt safe. I’ve already recommended them to other friends with toddlers!
