The moment my daughter and I walked in- it was such a calming moment- not something you expect at a dentist office. We all know that feeling of being in there lol . From checking in and being seen by Dr. Chelsea Taliaferro was amazing. The staff were awesome. I did not catch the dentist assistant that took us to the room but she was a gem. So kind and so sweet with my daughter- making her and myself relaxed. Dr. Chelsea were such a sweet Doctor. So bubbly and sweet- giving us such a wonderful experience. I absolutely love this place for my daughter- we are in a new city/state and this is by far the best place to take my daughter for her teeth care.

Dr. Meg is always sweet and friendly, talks to my daughter throughout the process so she knows what is happening and stays calm. My daughter was so excited to be on the cavity free wall and get a special prize at the end!

My son Theo Kaminsky is always very nervous before a dentist appointment. Thankfully these dentists are extremely kind and gentle with our young ones and I refuse to go anywhere else. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much for making my child feel special. Keep up the good work✨

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Chelsea Taliaferro! My son was in a lot of pain from a dental crown, and she was incredibly compassionate and gentle throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything to him in a calm, reassuring way, and you could tell she truly cares about her patients. When she removed his crown, she did it so skillfully and quickly that he barely even noticed—and the relief was immediate! I’m so grateful for her kindness, patience, and expertise. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines such a gentle touch with such professionalism. My son left smiling (and pain-free!), which says it all. Highly recommend Dr. Taliaferro to any parent looking for a caring and skilled pediatric dentist!

My son who is 7, was diagnosed with SPD when he was younger, we did OT and PT and it helped tremendously but brushing his teeth is SO HARD, I have to hold him down to do it most of the time. He has gotten better with it though. Toothpaste is a huge problem for him, vibrating toothbrushes are hard for him. He does not like the texture of toothpaste, I cannot tell you how many different kinds we have right now. We’ve been to dentist’s in the past and not one place has talked to me so I can understand more about the process. Not one has told me the next steps or taken smaller steps with me to help my son more. Not one has given me an option to do something else first instead of going straight to something I wasn’t comfortable with. Not only did they calm my fears but they were so sweet and patient. He has been anxious in every different office we’ve went to. This time, he was nervous but once we got in a room and started, he calmed down. He let them do what they needed to do, without even crying or getting overwhelmed. I am EXTREMELY thankful we have finally found a place like On The Cusp!! We went to our first appointment there yesterday and they had an opening the next day to do what they needed to get started on and my son doesn’t even mind to go back! He was talking about how he has a dentist appointment in the morning like he was a big dude and didn’t have a fear about going!! I am extremely proud of him! THANK YOU, to this office for being great!
