I was not expecting much to be honest, however, I was extremely impressed with the care at Pediatric Dental. My daughter had traumatic experiences at other pediatric dental offices, but here everything was wonderful — she actually enjoyed her treatment, and I could not believe it! Special thanks to Brenda and Dr. Mak for making both my daughter and me feel calm, safe, and well cared for. They were incredibly gentle and the treatment took much less time than expected. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend this place.

Came here for a routine cleaning during the very busy morning hours today and dispite that the staff was all quite nice and patient with the younger children I heard and saw around me. My hygienist/dental assistant Vanessa, was definitely my favorite out of the others throughout the last few years I've been going here. She was informative and knowledgeable along with actually asking me what I wanted when it came to my treatment and not my guardian which actually made me feel seen in regards to my thoughts and opinion when it came to my personal care. Just an overall compassionate and kind individual. Please note that this is from the perspective of a patient and not a parent so if you would rather prefer a review from a parent than disregard look elsewhere. They are horrible about giving accurate quotes for basic work being done. On 3 different occasions we paid the estimate and then were billed twice as much. On our last and final visit which was the last straw for me. Everyone reassured me everything was covered for both of my girls on this visit scheduled at the same time for all routine checkup stuff. No work, just their annual checkup. I confirmed when I made the appointment and when I checked in. I was NEVER told that I needed to ask every person that came in the room if they were in network. They sent one doctor in for one child, covered the entire appointment. Then a different doctor, who was out of network in for the other child and my insurance denied the claim. When I tell you they totally dropped our family, they refused to call me back EVER regarding this matter or a cost on work that needs done for said child. Which I thought was odd, now I know they realized their mistake and didn't want to deal with me. Of the many calls I've made the last lady said there's nothing they could do that I had to pay the bill, even though they admitted it was their mistake by sending in a doctor that was not covered. They truly don't care about people, just money. They billed and covered everything for one child and not the other for the same visit,same services, same insurance coverage.

I had a wonderful experience with the young lady Alondra helping my son. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and did an amazing job explaining everything clearly. You can tell she really cares and knows how to make kids feel comfortable. I truly appreciated her help and would definitely recommend her!
