When I scheduled my son’s dental procedure, which requires sedation, I was told that older children are only scheduled later in the day. I expressed concern about the late appointment time and explained that my son has ADHD and anxiety. For him, waiting all day increases his stress significantly, and earlier appointments help ensure the procedure goes smoothly for everyone involved. I was informed that there were no exceptions and that no accommodations could be made. Being told “no” without discussion or consideration was disappointing. Scheduling policies should allow some flexibility for children who are atypical or have special needs. A little understanding and accommodation can make a significant difference for families navigating these situations.

I want to thank to Big Tooth Little Tooth…for the excellent care they have given my three daughters. We have been going to them since 2017. The dentist and everyone who works there have always been very kind and attentive to us. God bless them.

Took my 18 month old in for her first dental visit, Dr. Kristen Yu created a very welcoming and fun atmosphere to a very unsure kiddo! Making it playful and engaging my child was skeptical but we got her teeth cleaned and left with a balloon and a smile, Thanks for the welcoming fist dental appointment!

Had first visit with this office today. Very professional. Clean. Organized. Friendly and most of all WONDERFUL with my kids. They also have an amazing waiting area that helped distract my overly anxious kiddo. So glad we found this practice. Highly recommend.
