My 4 and 7 year old had their first appointment with Dr. Elysia Sybert this week. Heather, the assistant operations manager, made scheduling easy and graciously answered all my financial questions. Erin, the dental assistant was PHENOMENAL with my squirmy kids, providing lots of options to help them feel comfortable and help them create atonomy while getting the care they need done. We will be back in a few weeks for treatment and an orthodontics consult, and I feel so safe and prepared for our next steps.

We had such an amazing experience at this pediatric dentist office! From start to finish, the entire team made my boys feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Elysia is absolutely wonderful—patient, gentle, and great at explaining everything in a way kids can understand. Kendra and Erin were just as fantastic, greeting us with warm smiles and creating such a welcoming, kid-friendly atmosphere. Their kindness and professionalism truly set this office apart. My boys left feeling proud and excited for the next visit. Highly recommend this team for anyone seeking exceptional pediatric dental care!

Over the years I have brought four kiddos to this office. PRO’s: It has everything a kids dentist should have. Toys and books at entry- prices at end of appointments, etc. Friendly, smiling staff. CONS: Most of the dental staff doesn’t seem to have “the touch” with smaller kids. At eight years old and three years old, both of my girls found it painful to get x-rays. My youngest went in for a handful appointments, and never even received a cleaning, because the staff somehow didn’t have the bedside manner to get it done. (She has since had two successful appointments elsewhere.) In the 3.5 years we brought kids here, they failed to send reminder messages 90% of the time despite requests and follow up to do so. If you are a busy parent like me and depend on these, keep that in mind. Even my 12 year old complained about the lack of gentleness during her appointments and has found going to an adult dental office much more fitting. My main experience has been that this seems ill-suited for younger kids. The staff have always been very friendly to me however, thus 3 stars.

My boys and I wanted to share how thankful we are for Erin and Dr. Elysia! They are always so kind and helpful. Between both my 12 and 8 yo needing dental work, we’ve seemingly been living at the dentist’s office lately and Erin has made both boys so comfortable that they look forward to going every time. My oldest had a pretty awful dental experience when he was very young and had grown some anxiety around going to appts. We started treatment with Dr. Elysia and have continued for years now, and he’s never had any issues and always feels so comfortable. I could go on and on! Thank you to Erin who always makes the boys smile and feel taken care of and thanks to Dr. Elysia for all the great care and help!
