We returned for my daughter’s annual cleaning and once again had a great experience. The staff was welcoming and patient, and they made my daughter feel comfortable from start to finish. The dentist was gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly. The office was clean and well organized, and the appointment ran smoothly. I truly appreciate the care they provide and would highly recommend this office to other parents.

My daughter has been a patient at this center since she was nearing two. One of the initial things I noticed was how bright the waiting room was and how animated the actual patient rooms were. Secondly, the staff over the last 4 years have all been friendly and patient with answering questions, really helping me feel comfortable as a parent and she as a child. Lastly the take away bags have essentials that she enjoys. Two things that would definitely push my 5th star would be getting the 2nd bathroom fixed (been down every visit) and the wait time before being called (30+ minutes).

My daughter first experience was superb. The facility was clean and Dr.Brown was very informative! Everyone was nice for the most part, I do believe staff should speak when spoken too i greeted one of the assistants (the one who cleaned my daughter teeth) she completely ignored me, thats fine..but when the other assistant let her know i spoke her response was “Oh” and she continued doing what she was doing 😳 i thought that was rude. But overall great experience.

I had a 930 am appointment today for my 3 children a regular check up and teeth cleaning. Granted places run behind time sometimes but when I walked in I realized it was too many people in there waiting to be seen as well. We sat for 30 minutes a lady next to me asked about the wait she also had a 930 am appointment a worker in the back let her know it was at least another 30 minute wait. I decided to reschedule because it was crowded along with another few patients as I walked out I heard discussion about the same because some didn’t not properly schedule appointments. It happens I say okay I come back the woman at the front desk told me 1pm sure enough when I came back now with all 4 children 3 which are being seen I see “out on lunch until 130 pm” sign I ask the same lady whom I rescheduled with and ignorantly her and another 2 woman sitting behind her who never turn to say hello when I came back in at 130 because I guess they were on linch break at the front desk so disgustingly rude. The woman in front with a mouth full of food said “i told you 130!” As she shook her head no. It was just very rude very ignorant and unprofessional my kids did not get service today the first or second time experience was horrible!

Unprofessional, Liars, Do Not to respect others time, disrespectful, very Unorganized. First of I went to my appointment at 10:30 even though my appointment was at 11 AM. I made it there 30 minutes early. After signing in the front desk lady told me to fill out the new patient paperwork after me and my one year old sat down and fill the paperwork out And handed it to the front desk. She proceeded To ask for the insurance card and my ID I handed those to her then she said take a seat. I will call you when we’re ready. 11 AM came 11:30 AM, 1145 came my daughter started to get fussy so I decided we were going to leave because it’s been more than an hour since we’ve been there. I went up to the desk and I told the lady can she give me my drivers license and the insurance card so I can leave because this appointment is taking too long. This lady turned to me and said she had already given me my drivers license and insurance card. She do not have it behind the desk.. I kept telling her that she did not handed it to me. She would not believe me and kept saying she did because she do not have it other staff members came over to help and check. Still there was no ID need to be found. I looked up over my head and saw that there was a camera so I asked her does the cameras work she specifically told me that she just started working there and she do not know if they work. 5 to 10 minutes later, a staff member came from the back and said to me, mom here is your drivers license and insurance card. You left it in the back. I literally said to her how could I have lifted in the back when I have not gone back there my daughter still hasn’t been seen by any doctor so how did my drivers license and insurance card made it in the back of the room and no one could answer me. I walked out. I was going to call the cops on them because this place is very unprofessional. They lack in communication. They are not time-consuming. They don’t think about other people time. I get that I went there early and I sat patiently waiting without complaining, but when it became 45 minutes into my appointment and my daughter name still hasn’t been called that’s something different. That place needs help because whatever they got going on there is not working for them. I will never return there again
