I am born and raised in Delco and absolutely dread driving into the city—the traffic, the heat, and the Broad/Juniper Street parking situation had me completely scatterbrained and panicking today. I actually had to run back out right after checking in just to make sure my car was going to be okay! But the second I walked back into the clinic, all that city stress completely melted away. I shit you not, the dentist was literally singing Disney songs to my daughter while repairing her teeth! The Disney music playing and his amazing, gentle energy made the entire room feel incredibly safe. After everything was done, the dentist even complimented how good she was. If you are a suburban parent who is hesitant about making the trip down here, let me tell you, it is worth it. This office is a hidden gem with some of the coolest, most comforting energy you will ever find for your kids. Thank you for turning a stressful morning into such a beautiful experience!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this pediatric dental office. When it comes to caring for children, patience, kindness, and clear communication should be the standard; unfortunately, that was not reflected during this visit. The staff came across as rushed and dismissive, showing very little compassion or understanding. I have been bringing my children to this office for over 10 years and have never had an experience like this, which makes the situation even more disheartening. Most concerning was how a sensitive matter regarding my child was handled. My seven-year-old was exposed to information about a potential diagnosis in a way that I found inappropriate and lacking in care and discretion. When I raised my concerns, I felt dismissed rather than heard. I brought this to the attention of the site manager, Flo, who was also dismissive and appeared to make excuses for the situation rather than addressing it with the seriousness it deserved. As a parent, you trust healthcare professionals to create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for your children. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations. Based on this experience, I will be seeking care elsewhere and would encourage other parents to carefully consider their options before choosing this office.

I’m extremely upset and disappointed with the experience at this pediatric dental office. When it comes to children, patience, kindness, and clear communication should be the bare minimum—but that was absolutely not the case here. The staff came across as rushed and dismissive, showing very little compassion or understanding. I’ve used this dentist Office for over 10 years and never had experience I’ve had today. I’m so disappointed. I will now have to use a different dentist for my children. My child did not know he had adhd he is only 7 and should not have found out at his dentist office because of carelessness! And the way that I was dismissed as a parent when I voiced my concern was absolutely outrageous! As a parent, you trust professionals to create a safe and comforting environment, and instead this visit felt stressful and upsetting. This level of care is simply unacceptable, and I would strongly caution other parents before choosing this office.

My daughter has been with Pediatric Dental Team since she was 3yrs old. We have had such a wonderful experience since day one because of Pat! She knows us by name, treats us with respect and care. They say excellent customer service starts at the front line. She is it!!!! Thanks to her and the entire team for all the hard work.

Pat was amazing! I came in with 3 children and she was very accommodating and helped me out with scheduling. The service and the staff are great!
