Highly recommend Dr. Tim and Bartlett Pediatric Dentistry. We cannot rave enough about them, our daughter has had extensive dental work due to excessive crowding and she is always so happy and excited to go to appointments. Even through extractions, expanders, & braces she has had wonderful experiences through it all every single time and always looks forward to her appointments with them. So thankful for Dr. Tim and his lovely staff for making our girl feel at home & always supplying the best care for our kiddos.

Our family has been using Bartlett Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics for nearly 10 years. At one point, my teenage kids thought they were ready to switch to an adult dentist. After just one visit elsewhere, they begged to go back! They happily continued at Bartlett Pediatric Dentistry until they officially aged out. Over the years, we’ve had many experiences here, and 99% of them have been overwhelmingly positive. On one occasion when I disagreed with a treatment plan, the team truly listened to my concerns and helped us seek an alternate opinion. That meant so much to me as a parent. One of my children had braces with the in-house orthodontist, and it was incredibly convenient to have everything in one place. The collaboration between providers was seamless, and my child received excellent care. He outlasted a few other orthodontists that have since moved on. Dr. Polk worked with him near the end. She lovingly empowered him to care for his teeth. He never misses wearing his retainer and following her advice to keep his smile straight. We’ve been coming long enough that some of the hygienists know my kids personally. They are consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in their lives. My daughter has even chosen outfits and done her nails specifically to show her “friends” at the dentist’s office. She knew they would take notice and connect with her. Today, while waiting during my daughter’s procedure, I had the chance to quietly observe the interactions around me. A young boy excitedly showed the hygienists a picture of his dog, and they gushed over it with him. He beamed with pride. Across the room, an older teenager was sharing details about his life and was equally glowing under their caring attention. I realized they aren’t just treating teeth—they’re nurturing confidence. By helping kids feel seen and valued, they’re empowering them to take ownership of their health for years to come. During my daughter’s procedure, Dr. Bakelaar informed me that the nitrous oxide gas was running low, meaning she would receive a lower dose than usual, and he thoughtfully asked for my input before proceeding. His calm, reassuring manner made such a difference—she didn’t even notice anything was different. She felt comfortable, safe, and important the entire time. He praised her for staying calm and cooperative and even gave her three prizes afterward. She left beaming and couldn’t wait to return to school to show her treasures from the dentist.

My children have been visiting this office since they were toddlers, and we absolutely love it. Everyone—from the front desk staff to the hygienists and dentists—is friendly, patient, and caring. My children have always felt comfortable here and actually enjoy going to the dentist. The staff truly know how to put kids at ease and always take the time to explain each step of the process. We couldn’t be happier with the care they receive.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Tim since I was a little girl, and now, as I’m about to graduate into adulthood, I can genuinely say that Dr. Tim has been an outstanding dentist. Over the years, I’ve witnessed his dedication and expertise, and the care he provides is always top-notch. I’ve seen other patients come in anxious or frustrated, yet Dr. Tim and his team respond with patience and remain attentive to make sure they are comfortable and okay. Beyond his professionalism, Dr. Tim and his team have always been incredibly kind and welcoming, making each visit comfortable and stress-free. Especially with the countless cavities I’ve had, they have always made me feel grateful to have them as my dentistry.
