I took my daughter in as a new patient today and oh my goodness!!!! The moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with kind, smiling faces. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. My daughter was nervous leading up to the appointment, but during her visit the staff made her feel calm and relaxed. Thanks Liz, Brooke, and Lateria for giving my baby a positive experience at the dentist😊 We're looking forward to her next appointment!!

I went in to this dentist despite hearing some complaints because I thought they were over reacting. Every time to took my granddaughter in I was told she didn’t have any cavities and all was good. Came in for a 6 month cleaning and she had 2 cavities. He fixed the cavities and less than a month my granddaughters jaw swole due to an abscess. We went in and he found that the filling fell out and he repaired it. He charged for the failed filling. Well guess what, a month later and it fell out again. Today we went to a new dentist and they took X-rays and found 8 cavities. 2 teeth needed to be removed( same ones Wilkinson filled ) , 4 needed fillings and 2 need steel crowns ( silvers). The new dentist asked were x-rays done because they were clearly visible and I dropped my head cause never have he done X-rays since her initial visit.

Really difficult/ bad experience with them lately! After they have merged it has NOT been the same. I have three children who have had excellent care with Dr. Brad through the years so this is very disappointing. Scheduling was difficult; we scheduled then received text with the wrong date. Then my child’s appointment was cancelled because they we’re texting the wrong number to confirm. Then they are stating my Delta Dental Insurance is invalid. My children have used nothing but this account the whole time they have been with Dr Brad …now something is wrong??? This should have been addressed long before the day before their appointment. And, of course my child shows up for their appointment and told they can’t attend because they have to have a physical card…never before have the asked for this…and oh by the way …there’s a balance on the account. I’ve tried to address this privately with them to no avail. There are many great pediatric dentist in Memphis. Hopefully this office will take the time to make the necessary administrative changes and get back on track.

I had to edit my 5 stars for Dr. Wilkerson to 1 star for PDC after the merge. We are so sad the sweet home-like feeling and sweet staff of Dr Wilkerson’s was lost in the merge with this chain like feeling. Unfortunately PDC felt like a factory. They stuck a sticker on my kids with a name like they were going through processing. No one asked them how they were or greeted them. Never asked if they wanted a special flavored toothpaste like every other place does. They cleaned teeth in like 5 minutes and shuffled kids to another waiting room. No kid should be shuffled around at a pediatric dentist. Then we waited to meet the main dentist who was nice and explained the merger and said he would look things up for us about something and get back to us about certain needs. He never followed up. Some of the x-rays we got there were illegible and uninterpretable. The texting and scheduling was such a mess even though the dentist’s son spoke to me about the errors in their system. We moved to Dr. B’s (Blen)! Amazing.

This wonderful group of caring people has taken care of all of our children for about 8 years. Dr. Brad is in the top 5 reasons we wouldn’t move away from Memphis, and if we ever did, we would travel back for every dental appointment! They put our children at ease, are very patient, always very efficient, go above and beyond, and never try to get us to do things we don’t need. Absolutely wonderful, 5 stars all the way!
