To start really love the dentist in this office. She was absolutely nothing but kind understanding and professional. Which is the only reason I’m not giving one star. Have had a couple of appointments for my littles , Each time the appointment started egregiously late . This Last experience really took the cake. Had an 8 AM appointment for my one and two-year-old. Upon arriving at the office, I was informed that there was a back balance for my one-year-old as Insurance did not approve just her this last visit , which is strange as they approved our son ( basic cleanings) I asked if that means that just our son was going to have his teeth cleaning, I was informed no. And to try and call insurance and they could only do it if they could verify that it would be back paid for our daughter. Which if you had worked with insurance is very hard to do on the phone on the spot, as they have to resubmit. Ultimately left as I had rearranged my work morning, my older child’s class schedule , got the kids in and out of the car at 6am etc etc . My issue Is not that they understandably need confirmation that there is insurance coverage confirmation and payment . My issue is it is their job to confirm that prior to the appointment and if any issues CALL. They had months to CALL me . I was told by a front desk staff that it was just an automated system that confirmed the appointment. However, I communicated this last appointment scheduling directly with someone who had the opportunity to mention anything. I was completely unaware. So was left standing in the pouring rain with two very unhappy toddlers. I completely understand that all offices are busy . And everyone is doing their best. But this is just incredible oversight that had no customer service or effort to remedy or offer solutions other than standing there on the spot at 8 AM. Will be sadly finding another office . We cannot risk continued experiences like this.

Love this office!! I have been bringing my children here for over 8 years. The front desk ladies always welcome us with a smile. My kids look forward to going!! The dental assistants go out their way to make my kids feel comfortable. Dr Rob and Dr Mirna are well known and highly respected in our community. You can tell they truly care about the kids. It’s a shame that some people write bad reviews for this wonderful pediatric dental office because they do not want to pay or to be mutually respectful to others.
