I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Zoo Crew Dentistry. The dental visit itself was fine, and a different staff member initially assisted me during the appointment. However, when it was time to check out, Zoey handled the billing, and that is where the issue began. At the beginning of the visit, I was told one price. At checkout, I was given a completely different amount. When I calmly explained that this was not the price I had originally been told, Zoey repeatedly stated, “We just changed it last week.” That explanation does not justify charging a different amount than what was communicated at the start of the visit. If pricing changed, that should have been clearly explained before services were completed — not after. Zoey’s attitude during this interaction was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concern respectfully, she interrupted while I was trying to speak with another employee for clarification. It felt like my concerns were being brushed aside rather than properly explained. All of this occurred while I was standing there holding my son, with my two young daughters watching the entire exchange. They already have anxiety about dental visits, and witnessing tension in what is supposed to be a child-friendly environment only made the situation more stressful for them. As a parent, I expect transparency, professionalism, and respectful communication — especially in a pediatric office. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope management reviews both billing transparency and how concerns are handled moving forward.

The guy that helped our little man was awesome! My foster is 3 and has autism and screamed the whole time but the guy that cleaned his teeth was patient and so kind. Thank you!

Gabriel is the best! My daughter used to have so much anxiety and didn’t even want to sit in the chair until we started being seen by Gabriel several appointments ago. Overall Zoo Crew is great and we haven’t had a problem since going there.

I really enjoyed this dentist until my son needed some work done to his teeth. They place a retainer that slipped out of place the same day he got it, scheduled a new appointment for a new one, it also slipped then they told me he didn’t really NEED it, it would just help. He missed school for things he didn’t need. Next he ended up getting an infection from a cap they placed and I brought him in for that where we were informed he would need the tooth pulled. I CALLED to make sure I had the correct appointment date because I got a new phone in between appointments and didn’t know when his appointment was. Whoever I spoke with on the phone didn’t confirm my son’s appointment so when we showed up for his tooth to be pulled there wasn’t an appointment? The person there couldn’t tell me who I spoke with or why my appointment wasn’t confirmed. Not to mention I have witnessed the woman at the front playing on her phone while the phone was ringing. I feel like the dentist are AMAZING but the front office staff lacks which kills the environment for me. I’m looking for a new dentist because I cant waste me or my kids time

the lady that cleaned zaiden's teeth was amazing. he was nervous and she was absolutely patient. i cannot remember her name but i’m very glad we had her!
