My daughter just started going to Arlington Pediatric Dentistry and they’ve been such a breathe of fresh air. They turned such a horrible traumatic extraction experience with a previous pediatric dentistry into a positive one. Our experience with the other dentistry was horror movie for my child. But our experience with Dr. Ketchull has been so positive. Also we have only seen him everyone time we go. There is no revolving door of dentist in this office. Also the staff is friendly and understanding. Bring your children here! 💙

I’m extremely disappointed with our experience. My daughter had dental surgery here, and we were told that if we had any problems afterward, an on-call dentist would be available to answer questions. That turned out not to be true. The procedure was Thursday and my daughter’s lips started swelling badly Saturday morning. We were scared and needed guidance, so we called and left a voicemail on the number we were provided by the office but no one ever returned our call. For a pediatric office that handles surgery on young children, this lack of follow-up and communication is unacceptable. When parents are worried and looking for help, we should not be left completely on our own. I hope they take this seriously and fix their after-hours communication, because no family should have to go through that.

Dr Ketchel & team were awesome today with my almost 2 year old grandson. Very relaxing atmosphere, very professional & kind. He did great. His very first dental visit. Highly recommend.

We have taken our daughter since she was 4 years old to Dr. Ketchell. She is 10 years old now and we all adore Dr. Ketchell. Not only is she excellent at what she does but she has an amazing bedside manner and is so sweet and kind. She takes as much time as you need to explain things, to share information, and to make you feel comfortable. The front office staff, the assistants, and the hygienists have all been fabulous as well. My daughter always has a tiny bit of nervousness before every appointment but when she's done she always says, "I don't know why I was nervous, it was fine!". We had to have a little work done when she was four and everything about that was an amazing experience. Before she was five we could go back with her In individual rooms but after 5 years old, they're treated in an open concept setting with other patients. That was explained clearly to us before she had first appointment after she turned five. I have never had any concerns or worries. As a parent, this office has the utmost professionalism and child-centered treatment. Dr. Ketchell is a blessing that we are so very grateful for.

This office does not allow parents to accompany their child over the age of 5. I explained how my son gets very nervous and that I wasn’t comfortable with sending him alone back there - the front office staff basically told me to go find another dentist. The fact that they rather tell us to find a new dentist than to allow a parent back there is concerning and big time red flags. I am happily pulling all three of my kids out of this office for good. Do not recommend at all.
