This review is way past due ! My kids have been seeing DrWatts 8+ years and they will continue to go with him . He has always been kind and explains things well when treatment needed . The front desk girls Jocelyn and Jannette are very welcoming . And Daisy the RDA is always so nice to my kids and myself she always explains what the kids got done the day of the appointment. I’ve always liked the way they run this office I also like the reminders they send by text it helps me so much to add them to my calendar and not to forget about the appointment

If there was an opportunity to give more stars I would. I called the office today to schedule my son as a new patient due to him being in pain and they were able to work him in. I spoke to Jocelyn and she was so pleasant and professional. Once I arrived, the office was small and homey. I asked if I’d be able to schedule my daughter too for another day and they worked her in at that moment. The Dr was amazing! He took his time explaining his game plan for my kids and when the kids came out they LOVED their experience and I’m so grateful for that. Hands down the best office. Thank you to everyone on staff that I didn’t name here because I can’t remember everyone’s names. 10/10 recommend!

If I could give them no stars I would. They have a policy of no parents unless necessary allowed back with the children. The first visit I went against my parental judgement and allowed him to be a "big kid" and go by himself. I was never introduced to the dentist, and I guess they did a fluoride treatment because they told me no food or drink for 30 minutes. The second time we go in I insisted on going with my son. They tried to pacify me with letting me meet the dentist who couldn't look me in the eye and really had no conversational skills. The assistant argued with me over them performing any procedures including sealant or fluoride treatment without permission. I told her I was not going to argue with her and I would take my business elsewhere. The staff enjoy having their private conversations on their side of the wall since parents aren't allowed, but you are privy to them when checking out. There is no professionalism here whatsoever. Not allowing parents back for any reason is not only sketchy, but a poor business model. Stay away!

Stay away, not family friendly. My appointment was for 8:30 and I arrived on time, I waited for 45 minute (15-20 is acceptable anything more is not) in the waiting room. The assistant then tells me parents aren't allowed in the exam room with children. My kid is 3 years old and was new to this dentist, this was not going to happen. The staff could have warned me on the phone of this absurd policy, so that I didn't take the morning off and waste my time. I have my own insurance yet was treated as if I was getting some free service with a take it or leave it attitude. I voted with my feet and left.

Staff seemed pleasant and so did the dentist. I’m not sure how they clean their equipment, but my baby got sick after she went in for an appointment. She doesn’t go anywhere since we’re under quarantine. She ended up having a fever for 4-5 days and we had to take her to the ER. No ear infection or UTI. Doctor stated it was a viral infection.
