We had an amazing experience from start to finish. From the front desk staff to the dental assistant, hygienist, and the dentist himself — everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They were especially gentle and caring with my 3-year-old and my 7-month-old, which meant so much to me as a parent. The whole visit felt welcoming and well organized. I truly appreciate how comfortable they made my children feel. Highly recommend!

We’ve been taking our kiddos (ages 2.5 and 4.5) here for about two years and we’ve had a great experience. They are so patient, understanding and flexible. The waiting room is always festive with a wide variety of toys and a movie room. But we only had to wait maybe two minutes before both kids were called back. We were in and out in 30 minutes, and the kids get to pick a fun toy/prize (which I’ve noticed they keep fresh so the kids always have new goodies to choose from- they look forward to that part!) The whole staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They have accommodated us based on what our kids were ready for (x rays were tricky at first, and they said “it’s ok! We’ll try again next time!”) I think that helps keep the dentist a positive experience at an important age. Highly recommend!

My son has been a patient in the office for several years now. They make sure he is comfortable and understand what to expect before doing any work. The staff is great and so are the dentists!

The doctors and techs are amazing- the office is very clean and kid friendly. My daughter had her braces done here and loves this office. The major issue with this business is the front desk- it’s been an ongoing issue here. We went in last week and the front desk person was too busy shopping online to even acknowledge that we had entered the waiting room- and then once I said “hi, we are here for our 12 appointment” she just responded with “ok”. That’s it. No “we will be with you in a bit, or iv got you checked in” nothing. The other issue is that they NEVER answer their phones. If you need to make an appointment or have a question about billing best of luck. Iv called three times this week- been on hold for over 10 minutes and then sent to a voice mail. They have also stopped calling for appointment reminders- I would think a business this large would have auto text reminders but they don’t, and if you miss an appointment there is no communication on rescheduling at all. We missed two ortho appointments without even knowing it and there was no follow up at all- leaving us scrambling and behind check ups on braces. Then to make the appointments I had to call, be on hold for 20 mins only to be transferred to the “ortho” department that no one ever answers and be on hold for 20 more mins only to leave a voice mail. And then repeat again a few days later because no one calls back. Honestly if I had a choice I would have gotten our braces done elsewhere- the entire ordeal has been extremely frustrating. We are currently dealing with a double billing on a retainer replacement. And I’m just going to have to go up to the office to talk to someone at this point

Dr. Mavalli is AMAZING! He is so kind and patient! We had the best experience here. I was told from a different dental office that my son needed $3700 worth of dental work! That other office originally told us they were in network with our insurance (a very popular insurance) and turns out, that was not true. We ended up getting billed for out of network benefits. Our insurance then recommended Dr. Mavalli, and he did not agree with the original diagnosis of how much work our son needed done. We ended paying out pocket about $150 for what he ACTUALLY needed done. 🤯 The staff is so nice and the office isn’t hectic. It was a very nice, clean, and calm atmosphere. We loved it!
