I had such a great experience bringing my kids in for their dental visit! The whole process was incredibly fast and smooth, which made it so much easier for both me and my kids. The staff was amazing—very friendly, patient, and clearly experienced with working with children. They were also very informative, taking the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Most importantly, they were fantastic with my kids and made them feel comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend this place to any parents looking for a stress-free and positive dental experience for their children!

The place is amazing! The atmosphere is clean, staff are friendly and welcoming. My kids had an amazing experience with the dentist, I forgot his name but when I do remember, I’ll rewrite my review because he was extremely helpful and he explained everything to us very clearly. On top of that, my kids actually enjoyed being there because he was very gentle and has a calm voice. All the dentist assistant’s were amazing as well! I’m definitely going to keep taking my kids here!

We had an amazing experience from start to finish. From the front desk staff to the dental assistant, hygienist, and the dentist himself — everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They were especially gentle and caring with my 3-year-old and my 7-month-old, which meant so much to me as a parent. The whole visit felt welcoming and well organized. I truly appreciate how comfortable they made my children feel. Highly recommend!

Never a bad experience at iKids in the Veridians. We've been going since our son's first tooth came out, and they've been amazing. Professional staff, and the Hygentists and Dentists knows how to work with toddlers! Highly recommend.

My son has been going here for about 3-4 years to see the orthodontist and the dentist. The ortho team here is awesome; I love every single person on the staff for ortho. However, the staff for the dentist is unprofessional and unorganized. I have constantly been asked for my insurance when it should be on file because I keep having to provide it; none of my information is on file, even though I have been with them for over three years with regular visits. Today was a huge inconvenience for me; I booked an appointment only to get there and be told they tried contacting me the day before (not today) to tell me my appointment was canceled because they couldn’t reach me (which was a lie). The ortho team has never had issues contacting me, but unfortunately, the dentist staff is irresponsible, unprofessional, and unorganized. To allow me to come out today and not try contacting me supposedly once again is ridiculous. I spoke with the manager, and she also didn’t handle the situation well. I showed them my confirmation email and was told that it didn’t show on their end, so it’s nothing they could do. She stated my phone just rung and never went to voicemail when they called. I had them to call me while I was in office and my phone rung right away.
