Chloe’s first dental appointment was a wonderful experience, and we couldn’t be more grateful to Dr. Martin for making it such a positive one! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, helping Chloe feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Martin was incredibly patient and gentle, taking the time to explain each step in a way that Chloe could understand. Her calm demeanor really helped ease any nerves she had, and by the end of the appointment, Chloe was all smiles! My family and I absolutely love Dr. Martin and her team. We have been going to the Cedar Hill location for about 3 years and not only is my daughter no longer afraid of seeing the dentist, she is ecstatic when it is time to see Dr. Martin. We are from Louisiana so, I really enjoyed that the office was decorated for Mardi Gras!!! Dr. Martin has such a youthful presence, she is a joy to be around.

Update: Dr. Martin and her team always finds a way to my my daughter happy! They celebrate every win no matter how big or small. They communicate well with her so that she is comfortable with any procedure. They also include her in their plan for treatment. The best part, they entertain all of her shenanigans. They go along with her imaginative stories and basically this shows they value her not only as a patient but also as a human being. They are super kind! I would always see this practice at different events and so many people referred them to me, so I decided to try them out. This was the best decision EVER! My daughter walked out with a big smile. The staff was courteous and very knowledgeable. The one thing that stuck out with me was the fact they constantly encouraged my daughter as she was getting her treatment. She absolutely loved it. I will continue to bring her here until she ages out. I would definitely recommend Kids at Heart to anyone.

We love Dr. Martin! She is always so patient with my daughter and explains everything she is doing and why. The office is always clean and nice. My daughter loves getting a token so she can get a prize, a balloon, stickers and goody bag! I’m so happy my daughter gets to see Dr.Martin! 🩷🩷
