Absolutely Amazing Pediatric Dentist! Kidzania was such a great experience from start to finish! Not only were they able to get us in last minute, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the location just five minutes from my home. The wait time was minimal, and the entire staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Dr. Emily and her team showed so much care and compassion for my kids—it truly felt like we had been coming here for years, even though it was our first visit. They were not only gentle and kind but also very knowledgeable about oral health, taking the time to explain everything in a way that made us feel informed and at ease. I’m so glad to officially call this our dental home moving forward. If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist who genuinely cares, look no further. I absolutely love this place!!!

I love coming here. The staff is great and Dr. Sam is thorough and kind. Everything is professional, clean, and pleasant. They have such sweet treats at the end for the children. Balloon, sticker, and coin to use in the coin machines for a prize. How fun!

UPDATE: DR. SAM - you were NOT there to witness said events, so you have no RESPONSE. Your x-ray techs were rough and disrespectful, and Dr. Emily lied about the fluoride, and why it wasn't done and blamed my kid! Where's the lie? I'll wait. This was a new patient visit for my daughter and, it will also be our last. Visit: 6/8/2026 Time: 10:40AM Ms. Lisa I want to start by recognizing Ms. Lisa because she was excellent. She was attentive, respectful, professional, and knew how to communicate with children in a way that was firm without being harsh. She took the time to explain my daughter's treatment plan and answered my questions thoroughly. She was the highlight of our visit and the person who left the strongest positive impression. X-Ray Staff The problems began during the X-rays. The first staff member assisting us told me she was an 18-year-old intern. My daughter was having difficulty with the X-ray device that had to be placed inside her mouth. As an adult, I know those devices can be uncomfortable, so I understood why a child might struggle. Instead of showing patience and understanding, the staff repeatedly spoke to my daughter as though she was being defiant, telling her that she was going to listen and follow directions. My daughter was trying. She became visibly upset, stressed, and was crying. I had to walk over and hug and comfort her because she was becoming overwhelmed. A second staff member in hot pink scrubs came over to assist, but the approach was WORSE. The situation was treated like a behavior problem rather than a child struggling with an uncomfortable procedure. What makes this even more concerning is that another child came in afterward and experienced the exact same issue. Staff eventually removed a piece from the X-ray device because it was too large for the children's mouths. That confirmed what I had suspected all along—the problem was not the children refusing to cooperate. Children deserve patience, understanding, and encouragement, especially when they are clearly trying. Dr. Emily After the exam, Dr. Emily answered my questions, placed a red balloon on my daughter, dismissed us, and told us to have a great day. Immediately afterward, another staff member asked whether fluoride had been applied. Dr. Emily responded by saying that my daughter had jumped up before she had a chance to do it, so no. That is not what happened. My daughter did not jump up. The appointment had already been concluded, Dr. Emily had gone back to working on an older patient. We'd already been dismissed. Instead of simply acknowledging that fluoride had been missed, blame was placed on a child. She literally LIED. The accountable Response would have been my apologies I forgot, let me do it. You are in control of the appointment and we were following your lead. That lack of accountability was disappointing. Earlier in the appointment, I was honest about areas where I could improve as a parent regarding my daughter's dental care, and OWNED every bit of those statements. Accountability matters. If I can take responsibility for my part, I expect the same from the professionals caring for my child. Final Thoughts The only reason we tried this office is because we recently moved to this side of town and wanted a dentist closer to home. Previously, we went to Daily Smiles MacArthur Dental and Orthodontics. The drive is much longer, but the difference in professionalism is night and day. At that office, the quality of care is consistent from the dentist to the support staff to the front desk. You never have to worry about who is working that day. I do appreciate that the front desk staff were kind and offered to schedule us on a different day in the future. However, parents should not have to schedule around certain employees in order to receive respectful treatment. This experience ruined what should have been a routine Monday appointment. More importantly, it left me feeling like my child was not treated with the patience, compassion, and professionalism that every child deserves.

I couldn’t have asked for a better visit for my anxious babygirl. They made her feel so calm! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of educational gems so that was much appreciated. The facility is clean and decked out with items for the kiddies. 10/10
