Absolutely horrible experience. My son went in for a simple cavity filling and came out saying the dentist accidentally drilled into the inside of his cheek during the procedure. He was in pain afterward, and instead of showing concern or apologizing, the office manager, Bree, completely dismissed the situation. What made the situation even worse was her attitude. She was rude, condescending, and actually laughed while I was expressing concerns about my child being injured. At no point did she apologize or show any empathy whatsoever. Instead, she acted like I was overreacting for being upset that my child was hurt during a dental procedure. Accidents may happen, but how a business responds says everything. This office chose to be dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional instead of taking accountability and treating a concerned parent with basic decency. I will never return here and would strongly recommend other parents think twice before trusting this office with their children.

I came in today for an orthodonics initial consultation appointment for my daughter that was booked 2 months ago. The receptionist could not find the appointment after several minutes and stated that we had not visited the location for 2 years. I refuted, because obviously we have been here and I have the emails, receipts, and memory to prove it. She said she would fit us in as if she's doing us a favor... Skip forward to us waiting several minutes and the receptionist calls me back up to the counter to very loudly (and in violation of our HIPPA rights) discuss my daughter's Medicaid insurance. She asked if I had another insurance (why should it matter?) and I stated that my daughter's new insurance would kick in July as I just started a new job. She then proceeded to ask who my employer was in front of a room full of people... I told her, but why is that any of your business? Do you know the number of every employer in DFW? I'd literally just told her that my daughter's new insurance kicks in in a month; there is no further information that I can provide you (or should have to provide you at this time) about her FUTURE dental insurance. She stated that she couldn't provide any estimates for any orthodontic work because Medicaid doesn't cover anything and she doesn't know that the future insurance is, which I stated (OVER & OVER) is fine with me because this was supposed to be a COMPLIMENTARY INITIAL CONSULTATION to discuss the best options. I don't need prices to know which option is best. The prices can wait until the future. She kept insisting on asking me about my employer in front of other patients. In conclusion, this business and its workers are unprofessional and rude with poor communication skills. We waited almost an hour, for an appointment booked 2 months in advance, before walking out. They must let just anybody be dental professionals and receptionists these days... We'll find something better in Mansfield.

Been coming here for years and never have had an issue. An issue came up with me having to choose between my daughter college mandatory meeting (she’s a junior in high school) or canceling her appointment last minute. The school program director for the program was giving me a hard time even though they told the parents last minute that it was required that my daughter be there. I called this dentist office because I had an appointment and tried to reschedule and of course it was last minute. I was told about the last minute reschedule and the no more Saturday appointments. I just want to say thank you to Marissa for working with me and understanding my situation. She made things right and as a busy mom who carries all the weight I was so overwhelmed but Marissa did the right thing and she made sure that she expressed that she understood what was going on. I appreciate her showing empathy today. We have been coming to this office for over 10 years (including the Hurst office). It has always been a great experience. We love the doctor here also.

My so has autism and the staff did a great job coaching him through X-rays, cleaning, and fluoride application. We be going here for the last 3 years and each visit gets better.

Park Place Pediatric Dentistry does a wonderful job with our child. They are very caring and go out of their way to make her experience a good one at each appointment. Dr. Ali is so friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them!
