Hands down the fastest and most efficient dentist I’ve ever been too. My kids loved it, they got balloons after. Lobby had toys and tablets, but we didn’t even get to play with them because we were in a room within 3 min. The ladies are so nice too! I had two toddlers getting a clean, and one getting a tooth extracted. We got there at 2:20 for a 2:30 apt, and we were out by 2:39. They seriously have that stuff down like the chick-fil-a drive through. The parking lot was full, and so were all the rooms, so I thought we were gonna be waiting forever. But nope! Flawless. Through. Friendly and nice baggy of goodies after!

Let me start with the positives. This is a great dental experience for any kid, they feel safe and comfortable while dental work is being done. However, communication from staff is lacking. They are not upfront about costs/ estimates or give options for treatment. It’s just done and then you’re given a bill. They seem to get offended if you ask detailed questions and just want to get the paperwork done. I’ve received some messages about dental insurance policies being terminated on my end and when I’m checked with my insurance, everything was fine. Not sure what staff is doing over there but it’s super inconvenient to have to make calls for a problem that doesn’t exist. Bottom line, great dental experience for kids, poor staff and customer service/ relations. It may be the tipping point to change providers if poor staffing continues.

This place is amazing for kids. Very clean and fast here. The doctors were great and assistants were very friendly. I really appreciate them for working with my insurance mess too since I was all over the place with work. Highly recommend for kids

In and out within 30 minutes! Fantastic! I’ve never had my kids say the dentist is “fun” until we started going here. Highly recommend.

I am writing this review to share my experience and concerns about this pediatric dental office. I strongly encourage parents to consider getting a second opinion before proceeding with any major dental work recommended here. During my visits, I noticed a pattern of diagnoses—particularly cavities and other dental issues—that did not seem consistent or were later questioned. This raises serious concerns about whether all recommendations are truly necessary. In addition, the dentist’s demeanor has been concerning. He often appears frustrated or impatient, which is not the kind of environment children need when receiving care. A pediatric setting should feel safe, calm, and reassuring, but that has not been my experience. I also find it concerning that many of the patients served are from underserved communities, including families who may rely on Medicaid. It is especially important that all patients—regardless of background—receive honest, transparent, and ethical care. I would strongly recommend that parents advocate for their children by asking questions and seeking a second opinion if something doesn’t feel right. Your child’s health and trust are too important to take chances.
