We have been to several dentists over the years and I love it here. We have 5 children who enjoy their getting their teeth cleaned together. They have a big family style area, so the little ones see the big kids getting their cleaned first and it not as scary for them. They have single rooms as well if you come in on your own. All the staff have always been happy, helpful and kind.

The best!! Dr Johnson is an outstanding and amazing person, he goes above and beyond to make patients and family feel comfortable, laugh and is incredibly knowledgeable and trained. I trust him and his entire staff implicitly. Coming from a dental family this says a lot. I wish he treated adults!! Rare find

Unreliable scheduling. I had two kids from two different schools to bring to a cleaning appointment, only to learn it was cancelled. Covered by insurance, got 2 text confirmations/reminders about date and time. Not even an apology for misreading our coverage and canceling without text or email. I was offered to wait another 2 hours to ‘squize in’. My kids went there for several years, the treatment was good, but I’m not wasting again half a day on lousy admin work. Disappointing.

My kids were patients for 10 years, but then we were unknowingly transferred to another dentist when Central Park Pediatric Dentistry sold one of their locations to another dental practice. No warning, no explanation, no ‘thank you for your business’. Nothing. Didn’t even ask if we would like to switch to one of their remaining locations. No one asked permission to transfer our dental records to the new practice. We were just sold and forgotten. Seems like a very strange way to treat patients/customers.

We’ve come here for several years and have never had a bad experience! It’s very clean, zero wait time and we adore every single staff member! I’ve been in the medical field for over 20 years and have extremely high expectations and this practice has always been top notch! We like Dr Johnson and respect him highly… but Dr. Parker is a whole vibe! Kind, personable and hands down chose the right profession! Hopefully they will still be practicing for atleast the next 10 years, so we don’t have to find anyone new! Thank you for being amazing!!
