We had a wonderful experience at PDP. The entire team is incredibly kind and caring. During both of my sons’ cleanings, the staff was gentle and spoke to my 3- and 4-year-old with such ease and warmth. Dr. Robus was also fantastic! She’s a parent herself and clearly knows how to connect with children, handling everything with grace and patience. The office staff was equally impressive, helping us navigate pricing and insurance and answering all of our questions thoroughly. Thank you all for making it such a positive visit!

Kiddos appointments went well overall, but I was very disappointed to learn that Dr. Patricia Robus is no longer with the practice. We drive from Round Rock specifically to see her, and we were not notified ahead of time about her departure. A notification to patients would have allowed us to make an informed decision before arriving for the appointment.

Everyone is always so kind and welcoming to all the kids. It’s a very friendly and positive environment every time we visit. We see Mrs. Laura, and she is absolutely the best!

All of the staff at PDP was super nice, gentle and professional! My daughter had records taken and separators placed. They explained everything that was going to happen and even showed pictures and video of what to expect. She is "nervous and excited" about the next appointment😁

I honestly recommend anyone to this practice whenever they asked me where did I get my braces done. The staff is so friendly and nice! I probably sound like a broken record telling everyone how wonderful this place is. Dr.robirds is amazing so are the assistants especially Krystal!
