As a first-time parent, I was a little nervous about my baby’s first dental appointment especially since we arrived running behind. But the front staff was incredibly accommodating, and we didn’t have to wait long at all. The entire team was so informative, kind, and welcoming. Dr. Lockhart was especially wonderful so patient, gentle, and caring with my 6-month-old. You can truly tell they treat their patients with respect, kindness, and love. I highly recommend this office to any first-time parents looking for a positive, stress-free experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bee Kids Pediatric Dentistry does an exceptional job every single visit! The entire team is professional, patient, and truly caring when it comes to working with children. They create a welcoming and comfortable environment that helps ease any nerves kids (and parents!) may have. Their customer service is outstanding — from scheduling appointments to check-in and treatment, everything is handled smoothly and with a smile. The staff takes the time to explain procedures clearly and makes sure both parents and children feel informed and comfortable. I highly recommend Bee Kids Pediatric Dentistry to any parent looking for quality care and a team that genuinely cares about their patients!

i’ve been looking for a pediatric dentist who specializes in kids with autism for my son and was very impressed by Bee kidds! from the front desk with ashley, she was very informative and answered my questions very thoroughly. she made my check in and check out a breeze. as for the rest of the staff, they were very attentive and understanding with my son despite him being nonverbal. with my sons last dentist he was afraid to go back but he’s been asking me if he can go back everyday that’s how comfortable and friendly this staff was to him. don’t think twice bring your kids here.

My experience with Dr. Vernesha Lockhart at Bee Kidds Pediatric Dentistry wasn’t a good fit for our family. While the front-desk and support staff were consistently pleasant, patient, and easy to work with, I had a difficult time with the communication style during our visit. I left feeling that my questions and concerns as a parent weren’t met with the level of consideration they deserved. The tone felt condescending at times, and I felt talked down to—almost as if Dr. Lockhart was defensive about her credentials rather than open to discussion. Regardless of anyone’s education level, parents should be treated with respect and have their concerns addressed clearly. The filling procedure itself was also very challenging for my child. It took a long time and ended up being stressful for her, which was especially tough because she’s naturally cautious and already anxious in medical/dental settings. Overall, the visit felt slow and difficult, and it wasn’t handled in a way that reduced her stress. Afterwards, I also learned that some of the procedures that were presented as “necessary” were not covered by our insurance, and—based on what I later found—are uncommon and often considered unnecessary for kids in my child’s age group and coverage category. I recognize this could simply reflect a difference in clinical opinion and not anything nefarious, but I was disappointed by how matter-of-fact these recommendations were given, without a more balanced discussion of alternatives and necessity. I want to emphasize that this is simply not the right fit for us—Dr. Lockhart may be a wonderful dentist for other kids and parents. But based on our experience, we chose to seek care elsewhere.

We had a great experience at this dentist office with my kids. The staff was friendly, the office was clean, and everything felt very welcoming. Ashley was especially wonderful—so kind, patient, and great with my kids. We will definitely be coming back.
