We had such a great experience at Children’s Dental Specialists! The staff was amazing so friendly, caring, and patient with our child. We were able to get in quickly for a dental emergency, and they made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Dr. Hutcheson was incredible—gentle, kind, and so good with our child. You can really tell she cares about her patients. We’re so grateful for how they handled everything and highly recommend them to any parent looking for a wonderful pediatric dentist!

Dr. Train and her team are fantastic. My daughter chipped a tooth and they've been helping us through the process. Extremely quick and my 5 yr-old has fun.

We love this clinic. It has the most beautiful view. Excellent customer service by the staff. Dr. Train has been my daughter’s dentist since 2015. We drive all the way from Mckinney and is always a good experience.

Front desk is great- but beware if you ask questions you will be reprimanded and talked down to. My final straw is when they Dr. H wanted to pull my daughters tooth and I got an ortho consult who told me to wait and pull it. Dr. H literally threw a tantrum at me when I told her we would wait like the ortho told us. She was so unprofessional we decided to go elsewhere.

This practice goes beyond expectations. Their location is stellar, overlooking Dallas/Richardson which excited my son. But most importantly, the staff is incredibly patient, caring, firm when they need to be and teach the kids about their teeth! Not only this, but I have noticed that the other children there are so well behaved! Our last visit, my son (even though we practiced!) Threw a bit of a tantrum and didn’t want to work with us. I had to take him to the side for a talking, our dentist found us and offered an alternative way of looking at his teeth. We ended the appointment on a happy note. 2 days later at his preschool, he drew this picture. It cracked me up, but also made me happy that they made a good impression on him!!
