I can't say enough good things about this dental office! For years, they have provided exceptional care for my kids, who are now 14, 10, and 5. The staff genuinely cares about their well-being and takes the time to make each visit a positive experience. From the moment we walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The dental team is not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and understanding with children of all ages. They are great at explaining procedures in a way that makes my kids feel comfortable and empowered. It’s evident that they have a true passion for promoting healthy teeth and instilling good dental habits. My children actually look forward to their appointments, which speaks volumes about the caring environment here. I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a dental practice that prioritizes the health and happiness of their children!

Dr. Holly is the best! Not only does she have a great way with her patients, but she’s also great at communicating with me as a parent. Caring and compassionate, she truly makes us feel like friends. She takes her time and the thoughtfulness she puts behind her words when speaking to my children and even myself, as I think she can sense I’m a bit of an anxious person, is truly priceless. The staff at CDNC is great as well. Everyone from the desk staff as you come in, to the hygienists and assistants. I’m so happy my pediatrician recommended Dr. Holly and to my friends (whose children are also patients) that backed up the recommendation. So I too will pass on the recommendation to others.

We’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Nelson at Children’s Dentistry of North Dallas. From our very first visit, she’s been warm, approachable, and genuinely kind. My daughters were 9 and 12 when they started seeing her, and they immediately felt comfortable—which, as any parent knows, isn’t always easy at the dentist. What I appreciate most is how she speaks directly to them in a calm, respectful way and explains things so they understand what’s happening. She builds trust and confidence, which is exactly what a pediatric dentist should do. As someone in HR, I really notice professionals who create a positive, people-first experience—and Dr. Nelson does that effortlessly. She also takes time to encourage good habits without being pushy, and she always makes my girls feel proud of their progress. In my opinion, a great pediatric dentist should create a safe, trusting environment, communicate clearly with both children and parents, and treat each child as an individual. Dr. Nelson does all of this effortlessly. She remembers details about my girls, checks in on their comfort often, and never makes us feel like just another appointment slot. If you want a dentist who truly connects with kids while still being thorough and professional, Dr. Nelson is wonderful. We’re very grateful we found her. 💛
