My daughter loved her visit here. She has autism and typically struggles with lights and noise. Ms. Michigan took care to describe each step during the X-ray process and make her feel comfortable and safe. Ms. Briana took care to cover her eyes when she expressed they were feeling sensitive in the cleaning process. Dr. Sarah spoke softly, informed her of the process, tested the noise level before starting and praised her throughout. She had her favorite show playing and walked out feeling like the princess she is. Everything was so thoughtful and took less than an hour from start to finish. I highly recommend this office to parents concerned for or having prior issues at other places with bringing special needs children to the dentist.

Incredible service! 💯 This team makes dental visits something my daughter actually looks forward to. They are experts at creating a safe environment for kids, especially if they are stressed. Also the Administrative side is just as impressive and appointments are always easy to book. They always work around our schedule. The staff goes above and beyond!!!! Truly a five-star experience from start to finish!!!!

I have never left a bad review for any business but I just want to warn people of the dishonesty I experienced here. My 1 month old was recommended a procedure to laser his lip and tongue tie (frenectomy) from this office. We decided it was worth it to improve his latch. The procedure was great and we absolutely loved Dr Sauer. The issue we had was with the women working at the front. They told us different prices at different times for the procedure and went back on their word about how much the procedure costs. We finally landed on a price and paid it. After the surgery they told us they put us on a payment plan to pay off an additional large amount that we never agreed to. Very dishonest and sales like. 2 months later we get a random bill for more then triple what we agreed to. Do not recommend.

this was our first time at the office and it won’t be our last! the whole team, from the front desk with Lola to the dental team! Michigan, Talia and Dr. Sarah were so pleasant, warm and very informative! the environment is so welcoming. my daughter walked in and immediately felt relaxed. I definitely recommend this place🤍
