Dr. Plocheck and her whole staff are wonderful! We went to two different doctors before landing here - and we are so happy we did. My daughter is neurodivergent and the treat her with kindness and patience. Highly highly recommended!!!! You won’t regret it!

We have been going to Dr Plocheck for about 13 years. We absolutely love her, she has always been so great with our kids. We had a procedure done today & my daughter left saying “I really liked the lady helping the Dr, she was so nice. & the Dr is always good at not making me scared!” Thank goodness!! She had a tooth pulled- I was nervous but not my daughter!

There are not enough kind words to say about Dr. P, all of her Hygienists and staff. Everyone is always on time (or early), kind, patient, knowledgeable and lovely. They make dental check ups and x-rays look easy with a 3 year old. I constantly leave amazed at how seamless the visits are. I can easily take both of my very young kiddos at the same time because of their patience and kindness. Always a great experience!

If you ever have a child that’s needs treatment/cleaning and is scared this is the place to go. This entire office is so caring and patient. My daughter had a bad experience at a previous Dentist office we were referred to due to need cavities taken care of. I brought her in to see Dr. Plocheck and it was complete night and day of how comfortable my daughter was. From the front office, dental assistance(Sarah and Deborah), Dr. Plocheck, to check out ladies(Leticia and April) they were ABSOLUTELY phenomenal. My daughter is excited to go back to get her treatment because of them. They took their time to make sure my daughter was comfortable and felt okay. They talked her through everything and we were able to get treatment done same day when the other office wanted us to use IV sedation. A huge thank you to Fort Worth Pediatric Dentist office and DR. PLOCHECK for caring so much and taking care of my daughter. If you haven’t been here yet try it out, you won’t be disappointed! I will forever bring my daughter here until she ages out.

My children were patients here for the better part of 9 yrs. Giving 3 stars because for much of that time they were great. However in the past few years the customer service and care I had come to love has faltered. Last straw was not making COVID visit expectations clear before our visit. Mainly the fact that parents were not being allowed to go back with their children for services. I understand that this is the norm in some offices, but one of the reasons I chose this office is because this is not my preference. I expressed my concern, canceled our appointments and haven’t heard back since. We have since found a new pedi dentist & are very happy with how our visits have been handled during the pandemic.
