I am not sure who our hygienist was but I told her she was a dental hygienist Miss Rachel. Our 3yo graduated to the big kid chair. All of the techs did great explaining to her what each tool was and what it did. It was great!

I am furious. We had been coming here for about a year, and it was fine. Not great, but perfectly acceptable - and the dentistry & actual medical staff are all nice, friendly, and competent. The issue is with the office side - we got new insurance, and when I scheduled this appointment I SPECIFICALLY requested that they confirm my insurance & call me back if there was going to be an issue. The person AGREED & COMMITTED to do so. I never heard back, so I moved forward with pulling my son out of school, taking time off from work, and showing up to the appointment. Only to find out that they don't take our new insurance... What an absolute waste of time - clear & blatant disregard for our time. It's unacceptable & frankly disrespectful.

Dr Khan was absolutely amazing with my 3 boys today! We’ve gone here for years but today’s visit was exceptional. She even filled 4 cavities today and the price was very affordable. The customer service of all staff from Dr Khan, to the hygienists, to the front desk staff was superb. I would recommend any parent to bring their children here.

This place took care good gor my sons before but the recent visit, they suggested to extract the tooth of my 5 years old boy. That tooth has cavity but it was filled before and the filing came off and I help him take care good everyday and no pain. I do not think that is a good idea to extract the milk tooth if it does not bother him. Please think carefully before you suggest client to have any service at your office because this makes me think that you do not take care your client like you take care your family and can not build the client’s belief of your services

We’ve been coming to IKids for years, and they’ve consistently delivered amazing care and service. There’s never a long wait, the office is always clean and welcoming, and the customer service is top-notch every single time. Mel, the office manager, is an absolute gem so sweet and professional and her team is just as wonderful. Everyone always makes my son feel so comfortable and cared for, which means the world to us.
