We had a wonderful experience here. I can not recommend it enough! Our 11 year-old daughter was referred here to have her treatments under sedation and we were pretty nervous about the procedure but everyone was very helpful and kind. The staff really made sure we felt welcomed. Our initial consult appointment was scheduled for 11:30 and having read other reviews about the long wait, we came prepared with books and an ipad, jackets in case it was cold, drinks, and snacks. I also prepared my daughter that we may be waiting a while. We did have about an hour wait before we were called back, which I felt was not unreasonable, due to the specialized service they provide. Once back, the consult went very fast, and we were then scheduled for the sedation appointment. For that appointment, we got there at 7:15am and even having 13 things done, we were leaving the office by 9:45am! All went so well and we so appreciate having this option for those whom need extra care for dental work.

The first time you visit the waiting is insane and hard if you have special needs children like a lot of kids are that come here. However after that if your child has to come back for sedation it's not that long. The actual nurses and dentists are really great. They were with me and my son. I saw some reviews saying the staff was rude, but I didn't have that experience.

A nice and lean office , wait time was not long . They made my daughter feel welcomed and me as well with the next steps we’re going to be for my daughters procedure. Dr. Diaa was also welcoming , very straight forward but in a good way went through the upcoming steps as well and made sure I had no questions

Parents, be extremely cautious with this office. My daughter has Cigna as her primary insurance and Medicaid as secondary, and this office flat-out refused to follow the standard, required billing process. They told me they would not contact my primary insurance, would not request a denial, and would not submit anything to insurance before the procedure. Instead, they demanded that I pay everything out of pocket and “wait for reimbursement later,” which is absolutely not how Medicaid coordination of benefits works. On top of that, they tried to charge me a $40 fee simply because my primary insurance is Cigna — even though my daughter has Medicaid secondary, which normally covers cost-sharing for minors. No other dental office I’ve ever worked with has tried to impose made-up charges like this. The staff refused multiple times to bill the insurance correctly, and acted as though it was my responsibility to fix their billing issues. I ended up having to call both Cigna and Medicaid myself just to get basic clarification that the office should have already known. This office is either unwilling or unable to follow proper insurance protocol, and families deserve to know this upfront. I strongly recommend that parents with children on Medicaid (especially those with a primary HMO) look elsewhere to avoid unnecessary costs and frustration.

The wait time with having an appointment is unacceptable. My kid can’t eat or drink 4 hrs before the procedure and we are still waiting 1hr and a half after scheduled appointment. It been 12 hrs since he’s eaten at this point. He’s getting irritable by the minute.
