⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Care at Pediatric Dental Safari Pediatric Dental Safari has been an absolute blessing for our family. With four kids, two of whom are on the autism spectrum, we are incredibly grateful for the level of care, patience, and professionalism we receive at every visit. Dr. Kherani is outstanding! She is honest, gentle, and always upfront about treatment plans and costs, which gives us so much peace of mind. The dental assistants and hygienists are equally amazing, kind, attentive, and great at helping our kids feel comfortable and safe. The environment is fun, welcoming, and truly designed with kids in mind. Our children actually look forward to their appointments, which says everything about the clinic and its staff. Their experience, empathy, and consistency in providing top-notch care make Pediatric Dental Safari stand out above the rest. We’re so thankful to have found a team we trust wholeheartedly. Highly recommend to any family looking for exceptional pediatric dental care.

If I could rate 0 stars for this practice which is the complete opposite of patient - centered care in Dentistry I would due to horrible customer service and no value or consideration to the patient. My appts for both of my kids (that I took off work for) were cancelled with no prior notification (I received an appt confirmation message 2 hours before the appt) until when I arrived to the appt due to their inability to verify my insurance information which I provided multiple times prior to the appointment in addition to calling my insurance. I provided them my insurance information again while there for the appts and they refused to honor the scheduled appointments claiming that insurance verification "takes a while" although I'm confident they have a payer portal that can complete insurance verification with a click. I will take my children's dental care to a practice that puts patient's unique needs,values and preferences first vs the practice's financial gain as Pediatric Safari Dental does. Edit to respond to the business: I’m responding to clarify several inaccuracies in the owner’s reply. I provided my children’s insurance information multiple times prior to the appointment, received a confirmation two hours before arrival, and was never notified that the appointments would be canceled. When I arrived, I again provided the insurance information and was told verification “takes a while,” at which point the practice refused to honor the scheduled appointments. I did not refuse to cooperate; I had already contacted my insurance directly and confirmed coverage. If the practice was unable to verify insurance, that should have been communicated before confirming and allowing us to arrive for the appointments especially knowing time was taken off work and children were involved. My review reflects my experience with the office’s communication and customer service, which unfortunately was not patient-centered.

Everyone was so calm and patient and playful with my son. Even though he is on the spectrum and has sensory issues, he didn’t fuss at all throughout the cleaning and examination. Especially the hygienist was so gentle with him. He didn’t cry or even make a single sound. I had a great experience and I’m so glad I chose to come here!

Dr. Damani is an amazing dentist, she takes the time to explain the rationale behind the treatment, and is always patient with the kids. The clinic is beautiful, with a forest theme. 100% recommend!
