Dr Fraser and dental assistant, Lisa, were exceptional attending to my son's dental cleaning. They made him feel at ease and were extremely thoughtful with their handling of his autistic sensibilities. I recommend 💯 Thank you for your professionalism and kindness.

Had a terrible experience today. We arrived 5 minutes before my son's appointment time, and after over 30 minutes of waiting, I asked if he would be called soon. The employee informed me they were running behind and my only options were to continue waiting or reschedule. Another employee in scrubs said it could be up to another 30 minutes before my son would be seen - a full hour past his original appointment time. I already took time off work for this appointment and can't afford to spend hours at the dentist for a routine cleaning. Absolutely horrible time management by this office and completely wasted our time for no services rendered.

My children were treated with respect and dignity. But the Dr made me feel like I was a bad mom for not wanting to do an elective surgery for my son at this time. Also, the communication was terrible, I was given the option to have Sealants put on both my kids teeth, I signed the papers to have it done. At first I was told 15 minutes, then it changed to 30 min to a hour and I agreed to wait. However one of their providers came out infrount of other patients in the lobby and told me over a hour because she's taking care of her regular patients first, very rudely and for everybody to hear. This place was recommended to me by someone I trust and the experience I got as a parent was not so good. This was my first appointment here with both my kids, I will not be returning. Thank you to the ladies behind the counter for their kindness.

My son had been with this facility since he was an infant. He’s almost 4. They are very thorough when I have questions. Very patient with him. They answer calls VERY quickly which I LOVE! I never have to wait to be answered. Dr. Greene (sorry if it’s spelled her name wrong) is very sweet and knowledgeable. The tech Laura is also very kind with my son. I am very appreciative of the care I have received these past four years here! Highly recommend!

Dr. K Coppola and Dr. Lauren Greene and the entire staff at the Schertz Location are awesome! They are very friendly, thorough and patient with the kiddos. This is where my daughter had her first dentist visit when she was about 2, and we’ve been coming every six months since then (she’s 9 now)! We love it here! Highly recommend!
