After I posted a review about my experience with the Brooks location, this office contacted me directly and encouraged me to schedule with them instead. I was told they would accommodate my family and that my situation was a “coachable moment” for the Brooks office. Based on that assurance, I scheduled appointments for both of my children. However, just two days before the appointment, I received a call saying they may only be able to treat one of my children because the original appointment was not scheduled correctly. I was also told that the employee who scheduled it is no longer with the company. This has been incredibly frustrating. I have spent a significant amount of time on the phone trying to resolve these issues, and now, at the last minute, my schedule and plans for the morning are once again disrupted. I had hoped this office would provide a smoother experience, but unfortunately, that has not been the case.

All three of my daughters go here. My youngest started at I believe 8 or 9 months whichever is the first appointment. Today she visited for her 3 year check up. Like every single visit in the past, staff was amazing! From the front desk all the way to the dentist herself is excellent customer service and such a welcoming calm environment! Facility is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend! Great Job !!! 👏🏻

The staff here is ALWAYS friendly and very informative! The dentist has a way with little ones to get things done quickly and also makes it so fun for them! Also the orthodontist is amazing! We love this office so much!

I really really love this place. The women are so sweet nice and kind and gentle. The Pediatric dentist was one of the sweetest and loving and kindest dentist I've ever met. My granddaughter will continue to go to this dentistry/orthopedic dentist. 🫶

Everyone was so positive. The made you feel so welcoming. They were full of smiles and respect for one another and there was no tension in the exam room. It was a great experience. The front lobby looks fabulous. The front desk staff was great also. It was one happy visit. The Dental Techs were great. The Doctor was awesome. Great organization!
