This was our best dental experience ever! I have a 4 and 1 year old, and we had tried out 3 other places in the VB area. They were gentle and kind while also informative. So great w kids and parents, and it made me really happy and comfortable! 10/10!!!

We had our daughter’s very first pediatric dental appointment today, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The entire team was exceptionally kind, patient, and welcoming. They created such a calm and friendly environment that our daughter felt comfortable right away. Instead of any anxiety, she was curious, smiling, and fully engaged throughout the visit. Everything was explained gently and clearly, and the staff took their time to make sure she felt safe and understood every step. You can really tell they know how to work with children in a thoughtful and caring way. We are so grateful for the warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail we experienced. It made such a positive impression on both our daughter and us as parents. We couldn’t have asked for a better first dental visit. Highly recommend!

Dr. Nair and her dental hygienist, Mrs. Jenn, are OUTSTANDING!! Like many other reviewers, we first met them at Dr. Nair’s previous practice. When my daughter was four years old, she received cavity treatment from Dr. Nair and Mrs. Jenn, and she had no issues at all. They took their time and ensured she felt no pain or discomfort. After Dr. Nair left that practice, our experience with the new dentist was very unpleasant. I searched and found that Dr. Nair had opened her own practice. When we arrived at the appointment, we were delighted to see that Mrs. Jenn was there as well. What a wonderful surprise!! I appreciate that I am able to observe during treatment, and I can see how patient and gentle Mrs. Jenn is with children. She always pauses to make sure my children are comfortable. Dr. Nair never recommends unnecessary treatment and takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and sincerely. I highly recommend this office!!!!

Absolutely Outstanding Pediatric Dental Care! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental practice. From the moment you walk in, it feels like a child’s dream come true. The whimsical Lego themed decor instantly puts little ones at ease and makes the entire experience fun and inviting. The staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They truly go above and beyond to make both the child and parent feel comfortable. Every step of the process is explained with patience and clarity, which made such a difference for us. My 7 year old recently had a procedure, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The care, attention, and gentleness shown to her were exceptional. She left feeling confident and happy, something I never expected after a dental procedure. Thank you Dr. Nair! The front desk team is equally amazing. They are friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. The whole practice runs seamlessly, and the warmth you feel is genuine. I wouldn’t trust my child’s dental care to anyone else. Highly recommend to any parent looking for top notch dental care for their little one. Truly a 5 star experience!

My son fell on a Friday, later in the day and I panicked because I did not want to take him to the ER. I called Building Smiles and they were so helpful and kind! As soon as we walked in the door, my two-year-old was at ease because the waiting room is kid friendly and the staff is so nice! The dentist and the dental hygienist were so great with my son and took the time to explain everything to my husband and I. I would 100% go back and recommend them!
