We were referred to Town Center Pediatric Dentistry by another dentist for a GA procedure, but unfortunately the original office never sent over the referral paperwork. Even with that inconvenience, Town Center Pediatric Dentistry stepped right in and handled everything professionally. They took their own X-rays and the outcome was completely different from what we were previously told which gave us so much clarity and peace of mind. The office itself is amazing! It’s very up-to-date, clean, and welcoming. They even have TVs on the ceiling for the kids to watch during treatment, which makes such a big difference. The staff is truly 100/10. The lady who assisted us was incredibly sweet and patient with my children. The doctor was kind, straight to the point, and took the time to show us exactly what was going on and clearly explained the next steps. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience, and my kids will absolutely continue their care here. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience at this pediatric dentistry office. Dr. Sai and Miss Kensy were absolutely wonderful with my child and made him feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Sai took the time to clearly explain what work needed to be done, which really put my mind at ease. The entire office staff is welcoming and friendly, and the office itself is very clean. I also want to acknowledge Carrie she does an excellent job making sure everything is sterile and running smoothly. You can truly tell they care about their patients. I highly recommend this office to any parent.

The staff was kind enough to call us in at the closer location when there was an opening. The lobby was clean and playful when waiting. They were very informative and kind throughout the entire process. My child has had no issues with recovery. My other son has an appt in a couple weeks for the same thing, and I'm comforted by how this first visit went.

The folks here are great! My oldest was really adverse to X-rays because she gags! I was ready for them to say what the last place told us and that was “we can’t get it let’s try next time” but they didn’t! Our hygienist got some help and got us through it. They tag teamed like a pro and I was so grateful! They even got my 3 year old to sit for X-rays. I’m very happy with this practice.

I brought my two kids for the first time and the girl cleaning their teeth was amazing. They also had TV’s and toys for the kids. My daughter was super scared at first but she really made her feel comfortable. By the end my daughter was talking her ear off. The doctor was kind, gentle and patient with the kids. I’m very happy with my experience so far.
