Both of my children go to this kids dentistry practice, and we’ve had only great experiences. All staff is warm, welcoming, and truly patient with kids and parents. Dr. Song is caring and explains everything in a way that makes children feel safe, calm and comfortable. The space is new, clean and spacious. And kids can watch shows during the appointment, which distracts the mind and makes whole experience more pleasant. After the appointment they get a token so they can choose a small prize. We’re so happy we found this office many years ago.

From the moment we walked in, the environment was warm, and clean. I came here based on a friend’s recommendation, and it absolutely lived up to it. The staff was professional, kind, and patient, which put both us and our kids at ease. Even while waiting, we could tell this office truly cares about its patients. We saw a parent with multiple kids—one child in the waiting area with her while the other was receiving treatment. Dr. Song personally came out to explain the treatment results and aftercare in detail, which made the parent feel very comfortable and reassured. It was clear that she genuinely enjoys her work and truly cares for her patients and families. During our visit, Dr. Song was outstanding—very detailed, thorough, prompt, and genuinely friendly. Everything was explained clearly, and we never felt rushed. Most importantly, our kids loved the visit and left with big smiles. We highly recommend this office.

My kiddo has been here since he was 10 days old with Dr. Song for a tongue tie release. Now he needed his first set of X-rays and Ari the dental tech was amazing to work with. She was so patient with him and helped to keep him calm. Dr. K is also so kid-friendly and encouraging. They also let him watch his favorite Spidey show. The facilities are open and clean. Parking for the most part is plentiful. Happy to recommend.

We were aggressively pressured to schedule surgery for our 4-year-old child, and the experience was terrifying. From the moment the evaluation ended, the staff repeatedly pushed us to book surgery immediately, creating a sense of urgency and fear. During checkout, they were already preparing to schedule the procedure and told us the anesthesiologist would be coming to the clinic soon, as if the decision had already been made for us. There was little room for questions, reflection, or reassurance—just pressure. Dr. Song claimed our child needed major dental surgery due to “multiple cavities” based on their X-rays. We were alarmed and uncomfortable with how quickly such an invasive procedure was recommended for a very young child, including 2.5 hours under anesthesia. Thankfully, we trusted our instincts and got a second opinion at another clinic, where we were told our child’s teeth were completely fine and no surgery was necessary. It has now been two years, and there have been no dental issues whatsoever. This experience raises serious concerns about their diagnostic practices and, more importantly, their approach to parents. Using fear and urgency to push surgery on a small child felt deeply unethical. I strongly urge parents: do not let yourself be rushed or pressured here. Get another opinion before agreeing to any major treatment. Your child’s health is not something that should ever be decided under pressure.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Song for over four years for my three young kids. She’s excellent. We like her team: they are good with kids, polite over the phone and in person. Great time at the dentist.
