UPDATE: BEWARE OF THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN. THEY ARE VERY DISCRIMINATORY AND RACIST. if I could give this place 0 stars I would because they do not deserve the 1 star giving. So after I was rudely handled by Jordan the incompetent office receptionist. I spoke with the very incompetent simple minded office manager Lisa. Lisa and Jordan’s professionalism is non existent. I decided to keep my daughter’s appointment and rearrange my schedule so that I could report their awful behavior to the dentist. When we arrived to the appointment we were greeted with hostility from the very unprofessional dentist Dr. Diane. She sided with her simple minded front office staff and let me know she will no longer service my daughter. Dr. Diane deserves her license to be revoked with her horrid professionalism and discriminatory practices. If you are African American you are better off not letting your child be seen by this doctor. It’s an absolute guaranteed way to be discriminated against. Shame on you Dr. Diane, and your simple minded office staff Lisa and Jordan. Jordan, the receptionist is a nightmare to deal with. My daughter has an appointment for Friday at 11:00am. Jordan gave me a call today, Wednesday at 12:57pm. I requested that I reschedule because I have a busy schedule as an Engineer and she tells me that “she can reschedule for a $75 dollar fee” and due to me rescheduling the appointment before. Background info, I had to reschedule the appointment before due to me not receiving any reminders about an appointment that was scheduled months ago. Her excuse for the no reminders was that I removed myself from the text, email, call list. Which I never did. Now to today’s appointment I looked to reschedule yesterday due to the requirement of appointments being scheduled a certain amount of hours before the scheduled appointment date. However when I looked online they are closed on Tuesdays . So Jordan called me today at 12:57pm after I have been on back to back meetings for work for a reminder call and when I requested for the reschedule she said “it’s to late” you have to pay the 75 and you’ve rescheduled before. I let Jordan know how ridiculous this is. And she let me know she would prefer for me to find another dentist for my daughter instead of working with me on the 75 dollar fee. Shame on Jordan she is an absolute nightmare . Word of advice for shoreline kids dentistry, find better customer service because yours is lacking. Thanks.

The dental hygienist was amazing this time, she interacted really well with my child. My other children didn’t have the same experience in the past. I want to always schedule with her in the future!

NEVER GO to this place. They were extremely mean to my children. Horrible bed side manner by the doctor and the staff. Especially the staff member Lisa - she is the meanest person I have ever met. Worst kids dentistry on the planet. Beware anybody who has kids to stay away from this place at all cost to protect your children from verbal abuse.

Our daughter has been coming here for years. The staff is always kind, explains things clearly and do their best to make going to the dentist a fun and pleasant experience. If you wear the t-shirt that they provide to your child, your kiddo gets double prizes after the appointment. They also have a screen above each patient chair with choices of kid friendly movies or television programs to keep your child distracted if needed. I’m also very pleased with the precautions they are taking to ensure safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Wait in your car and call from one of their designated parking spaces. A staff member comes to take your temperature and then walks you into the office. Staff are in full PPE, an air purifier in each room, and a mask requirement for parents and children. To all of the staff, our family appreciates your thoughtfulness and the care you take to make going to the dentist something our child actually looks forward to.

Shoreline Kids Dentistry does a fantastic job making kids comfortable during what can be uncomfortable and scary experiences. Their kind, enthusiastic, and understanding demeanors make all the difference! My kids are excited to go back to the dentist.
